Luke Scott grew up hunting and fishing in Utah. He moved to Rangely, Colorado over 25 years ago and has been a professional guide for more than 8 years. His thorough knowledge of the Rangely and Meeker areas made him the right choice to lead our operation there.

He's quick to note that he gets great support from his family. Luke's wife and his four children all share his passion for the outdoors. You can frequently find them hunting or fishing together.

With more than 10 years of professional guiding experience across seven western state and three countries, Hunter has guided hunters for nearly ever big game species in the Western United States. Raised in Northwest Colorado, Hunter developed a deep respect for the land and wildlife at an early age and has spent his life hunting the rugged areas he now guides in. His extensive knowledge of the terrain, animal behavior and local hunting conditions allows him to consistently provide high-quality hunts for his clients.

Dylon was raised in northwest Colorado and has spent most of his life hunting and working in the same country he now guides in. With over 10 years of experience guiding big game hunters, he brings a deep knowledge of the land, wildlife, and the traditions that make hunting in northwest Colorado special.

Dylon helped get Stars & Stripes Outfitting off the ground in the fall of 2021 and has served as our lead guide ever since. Having spent countless days in the mountains and high desert of northwest Colorado, he understands the terrain we hunt and the habits of the big game that live here.

His work ethic, experience, and commitment to every hunter in camp help ensure a hard-working, authentic western hunt and a memorable experience in the field.
